杜蓓，讲师/主治医师，眼科学博士。中国“明日之星”眼视光英才培育计划人选，天津医科大学“卓越教师发展支持计划”人选，天津市医师协会康复医师分会常务理事，天津市精准医学技术创新产业联盟专家委员，中国医师协会医学技师专业委员会委员。从事眼科学与眼视光学工作10余年，擅长常见眼病、屈光不正、视功能异常的诊治，致力于青少年近视防控以及低视力的临床诊疗和教学工作。

    天津医科大学眼科医院视光中心主任，天津医科大学眼视光学院临床实训中心主任，承担视光中心和临床实训的相关管理工作。主持和参与省部级、国自然研究课题多项，2016年入选“十三五”国家级眼视光专业本科教材《低视力学》编委，主编参编眼科论著3部。
