Jingchao Zhang, Master degree, Professor of Tianjin Medical University, Director of the Department of Social Medicine and Health Service Management of School of Public Health. The main responsibilities include teaching, teaching management, postgraduate training and subject construction for many years. The teaching courses include health education, human resources development and management, health service management, management foundation, hospital management, social medicine, health education for foreign students, etc. As the main participants: the State Educational Commission program - “Reform of the Non-Preventive Medicine Specialty Preventive Medicine Teaching Content and Practice Base Construction” had been awarded the first prize of municipal teaching achievements and the second prize of national teaching achievements in 1993, 2001. Since 2006, due to the need of professional development, many related work has been done in the discipline construction of undergraduate and graduate students of public administration. As the Chief editor,Subeditor, and Co-editor of many textbooks and monographs, of which “Health Education”, as Subeditor, was a planned textbook for the 12th and 13th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of health and the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
